Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your original sales receipt.

  Affix RMA Label

  Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure your return is identified and processed promptly upon arrival.

  Ship and Track

  Send the package to our service center using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
